“Gai Yang” is a Thai national chicken dish that is marinated in special herbs and spices, and cooked until the skin is crisp and fragrant, and the inside is surprisingly juicy. The fragrant smell of fish sauce and the refreshing flavor of lemongrass fill your mouth, making you feel as if you are at an authentic Thai food stall.
