【社内イベントレポート】グループ全体で開催！創造力あふれる「モクテルコンテスト2025」

2025年5月、当社グループ全体を巻き込んだ「モクテルコンテスト2025」を開催いたしました。
社員の発想力を活かし、『ノンアルコールカクテル＝モクテル』の魅力を最大限に引き出すこのイベントは、社内の交流促進とブランド価値の向上を目的とした一大プロジェクトです。
モクテルコンテストとは？
モクテルとは、アルコールを含まないカクテルのこと。
見た目の美しさ、味わいのバランス、コンセプトのユニークさなどを基準に、オリジナルレシピの完成度を競うコンテストを実施しました。
社員の創造性が光る！多彩なレシピが集結
本コンテストでは、全グループ会社から多数のエントリーが寄せられ、フルーツ、ハーブ、スパイスを組み合わせたユニークな作品が勢ぞろい。
審査は、味・見た目・ストーリー性・プレゼンテーション力の4項目で実施しました。
社内イベントを通じたSDGs・健康経営の推進
モクテルというヘルシーな飲み物を通して、健康志向のライフスタイル推進やアルコールに頼らない社交文化の提案を行うことも、今回の目的の一つです。
また、地域の食材や季節のフルーツを活用することで、『持続可能な取り組み（SDGs）』にも貢献しました。
当館『掛川グランドホテル』からは、地元掛川の「お茶」を使用したモクテル2種類を発表いたしました。
モクテルでつながる、新しいコミュニケーション
「モクテルコンテスト2025」は、ただのレシピコンテストではなく、社員同士のつながりや部署間の交流を深める貴重な機会となりました。
今後も、社員の多様なアイデアや感性を活かした、参加型の社内イベントを継続してまいります。
In May 2025, we held the “Mocktail Contest 2025” involving the entire Group.
This event, which utilizes the creativity of employees to maximize the appeal of “non-alcoholic cocktails = mocktails,” is a major project aimed at promoting communication within the company and improving brand value.
What is the Mocktail Contest?
A mocktail is a cocktail that does not contain alcohol.
We held a contest to compete for the perfection of original recipes based on criteria such as beautiful appearance, balance of flavors, and unique concept.
Employee creativity shines! A diverse collection of recipes
This contest received a large number of entries from all Group companies, with a wide range of unique creations combining fruits, herbs, and spices.
The judging was based on four criteria: taste, appearance, story, and presentation.
Promoting SDGs and Health Management through In-house Events
One of the objectives of this event was to promote a health-conscious lifestyle and to propose a social culture that does not rely on alcohol through healthy mocktails.
In addition, by using local ingredients and seasonal fruits, we contributed to the “Sustainable Initiatives (SDGs)”.
Kakegawa Grand Hotel announced two types of mocktails using local Kakegawa “tea”.
New communication through mocktails
The “Mocktail Contest 2025” was not just a recipe contest, but a valuable opportunity to deepen connections between employees and exchanges between departments.
We will continue to hold participatory in-house events that utilize the diverse ideas and sensibilities of our employees.
