【重要なお知らせ】海外旅行予約サイトでのご予約における不具合について

平素より、掛川グランドホテルをご利用いただき、誠にありがとうございます。

　

海外予約サイト経由のご予約において以下のような事例が発生しております。

　

一部の海外旅行予約サイト（Agoda／Expedia／Booking.com／Trip.com、以下「対象海外予約サイト」といいます）で行われたご宿泊予約について、ホテルが別の旅行予約サイト（以下「提携予約サイト」といいます）に提供している空室枠を、提携予約サイトとの契約に基づいて対象海外予約サイトがお客様に販売している場合があります。

　

このようなケースでは、以下のような理由により、ホテル側でお客様のご予約内容の確認や判断ができない状況がございます。

　

■ 発生している主な事象 ■

　
① 対象海外予約サイトからホテルへの予約情報の通知がなされない、またはご到着後に遅れて通知されることにより、ホテルにて予約情報の確認ができない場合がある。

　
② お客様に送信される予約完了メールの内容と、ホテル側に通知される情報に相違がある場合がある（例：部屋タイプ、予約番号等の不一致）。

　
③ 当ホテルが設定している宿泊料金を大きく上回る金額で販売されている場合がある。

　

これらの事情により、ご到着時にご予約情報の確認ができない場合には、ご宿泊確認にお時間を頂戴することや、やむを得ずご宿泊をお断りさせていただく可能性がございます。

　

また、対象海外予約サイト経由のご予約に関するお問い合わせにつきましては、下記の点にご留意くださいますようお願い申し上げます。

　

■ ご予約の確認・変更・取消について ■

　

対象海外予約サイト経由のご予約につきましては、ホテルへ直接ご連絡いただきましても、手続き上、内容の確認・変更・取消（クレジットカードによる事前決済の取り扱いを含む）等を承ることができかねます。

　

誠に恐れ入りますが、該当のご予約に関するお手続きは、お客様ご自身にてご利用の予約サイトへ直接お問い合わせくださいますよう、お願い申し上げます。

The following cases have occurred when making reservations through overseas booking sites.

　

When making a reservation through some overseas travel booking sites (Agoda/Expedia/Booking.com/Trip.com, hereinafter referred to as “target overseas booking sites”), the hotel may sell the vacant rooms that it has provided to other travel booking sites (hereinafter referred to as “partner booking sites”) to customers based on a contract with the partner booking site.

　

In such cases, the hotel may not be able to confirm or evaluate the details of the customer’s reservation for the following reasons.

　

■ Main issues that have occurred ■

　

① The target overseas booking site may not notify the hotel of the reservation information, or may notify the hotel after arrival, making it impossible for the hotel to confirm the reservation information.

　

② The contents of the reservation completion email sent to the customer may differ from the information notified to the hotel (e.g. mismatch in room type, reservation number, etc.).

　

③ Rooms may be sold at prices far higher than the accommodation rates set by the hotel.

　

If we are unable to confirm your reservation information upon arrival due to these circumstances, it may take some time to confirm your stay, or we may be forced to decline your reservation.

　

In addition, please note the following points when making inquiries about reservations made through eligible overseas reservation sites.

　

■ Confirming, changing, and canceling reservations ■

　

For reservations made through eligible overseas reservation sites, even if you contact the hotel directly, we are unable to confirm, change, or cancel the details (including handling of advance payments by credit card) due to procedural reasons.
