掛川グランドホテル1階レストラン「CHADOKORO」では、2025年8月、真夏を乗り切る限定フェアメニュー『3種のスパイシーカレーと彩り野菜のアチャール』を販売いたします。

■ 3種のスパイシーカレーと彩り野菜のアチャール
一皿で世界を旅する、個性豊かな3種のカレー
料理長がこだわり抜いた3つの味を、一度に楽しめる贅沢なあいがけスタイルでご用意しました。
• タイ風グリーンカレー: ココナッツミルクのまろやかな甘みと、ハーブや青唐辛子の爽やかな辛さが食欲をそそる本格派。
• ポークビンダルカレー: 豚肉の旨味とビネガーのキリっとした酸味が特徴の、西インド・ゴア地方発祥のカレー。奥深いスパイスの香りがクセになります。
• 和風キーマカレー: 鰹と昆布の出汁をベースに、醤油や味噌でコクを加えた、どこか懐かしくも新しい味わいのキーマカレーです。
■ 彩り鮮やかな名脇役「アチャール」と「パパド」
カレーの合間のお口直しには、人参、赤キャベツ、水菜を使った自家製アチャール（インド風のピクルス）をどうぞ。シャキシャキとした食感と爽やかな酸味が、カレーの味わいを一層引き立てます。
インドのレンズ豆せんべい「パパド」の香ばしさとパリパリ食感もアクセントに。

At the restaurant “CHADOKORO” on the first floor of Kakegawa Grand Hotel, we will be selling a limited-time fair menu “Three kinds of spicy curry and colorful vegetable achar” in August 2025 to get through the midsummer.

■ Three kinds of spicy curry and colorful vegetable achar
Three unique curries that travel the world in one dish
We have prepared three flavors that our chef has carefully selected, in a luxurious mixed style that you can enjoy all at once.
• Thai-style green curry: An authentic dish that will whet your appetite with the mellow sweetness of coconut milk and the refreshing spiciness of herbs and green chili peppers.
• Pork Vindal Curry: A curry originating from the Goa region of western India, characterized by the delicious taste of pork and the sharp sourness of vinegar. The deep aroma of the spices will become addictive.
• Japanese-style Keema Curry: A keema curry with a nostalgic yet new taste, based on a dashi stock made from bonito and kelp, with richness added from soy sauce and miso.
■ Colorful supporting actors, “achar” and “papad”
To cleanse your palate between curry dishes, try our homemade achar (Indian-style pickles) made with carrots, red cabbage, and mizuna. The crunchy texture and refreshing sourness further enhance the flavor of the curry.
The aroma and crunchy texture of Indian lentil crackers, “papad,” also add an accent.
