秋風が心地よい9月、掛川グランドホテル1Fのレストラン「CHADOKORO」では、食欲の秋にふさわしい特別な一皿をご用意いたしました。
期間限定でご提供する「牛サーロイン シャリアピンステーキ トリュフ風味 ポテトフライ付き」で、優雅なひとときをお過ごしください。
■ 旨味を凝縮した、柔らかな絶品牛サーロイン
主役となるのは、厳選された牛サーロイン。料理長が絶妙な火加減で丁寧に焼き上げることで、表面は香ばしく、中は驚くほど柔らかくジューシーに仕上げます。噛むほどに上質な脂の甘みと肉本来の旨味が口の中いっぱいに広がります。
■ 伝統のシャリアピンソースに、芳醇なトリュフの香りを添えて
