掛川グランドホテルでは、毎年ご好評を頂いている『クリスマスケーキ』の予約販売を開始いたしました。

また、本年は『特製オードブル』の販売も行います。クリスマスケーキと共に聖なる夜をお楽しみ下さい。

　

■　クリスマスケーキ2025

　

今年のクリスマスケーキは「苺とマカロンのデコレーションケーキ」「掛川抹茶モンブラン」の2種類をご用意致しました。

どちらクリスマスケーキもパティシエの自信作です。

　

・苺とマカロンのデコレーションケーキ

　

北海道産の生クリームに包まれたふわふわなスポンジと、静岡県産の苺をたっぷり使用したクリスマスショートケーキ。

2種類のマカロン（バニラとピスタチオ）と一緒にお楽しみください。

・掛川抹茶モンブラン

　

甘さ控えめの生クリームと、掛川抹茶をふんだんに使用したムースをラム酒香るフランス産マロンクリーム包み込みました。

土台は掛川抹茶のクレームダマンドとごろっと栗のタルト。サクサクした食感をお楽しみ頂けます。

特製オードブルは「ローストチキン＆ポテトグラタン ～ヤンソンさんの誘惑～」「クリスマスオードブル3段BOX」の2種類をご用意致しました。

・ローストチキン＆ポテトグラタン ～ヤンソンさんの誘惑～

　

チキンをハーブシーズニングでマリネして、オーブンでじっくり香りよくローストしました。

付属のソースは、醤油と玉ねぎの甘じょっぱさに赤ワインの酸味とフォンドヴォーの旨味を加えた自慢の和風赤ワインソースです。

　

ポテトグラタンは、通称『ヤンソンさんの誘惑』

スウェーデンで主にクリスマスに食べられていた伝統料理。じゃがいもと玉ねぎ、アンチョビに生クリームを合わせたとてもシンプルなお料理です。

This year’s Christmas cakes include two varieties: the Strawberry and Macaron Decorated Cake and the Kakegawa Matcha Mont Blanc.

Both are the pride and joy of our pastry chefs.

　

・Strawberry and Macaron Decorated Cake

　

A Christmas shortcake made with fluffy sponge cake covered in Hokkaido fresh cream and plenty of strawberries from Shizuoka Prefecture.

Enjoy it with two flavors of macarons (vanilla and pistachio).

・Kakegawa Matcha Mont Blanc

　

A mousse made with lightly sweetened fresh cream and generous amounts of Kakegawa matcha is wrapped in French chestnut cream with a hint of rum.

The base is made with Kakegawa matcha crème d’amandes and chunky chestnut tart. Enjoy the crispy texture.

We offer two types of special hors d’oeuvres: “Roast Chicken & Potato Gratin – Jansson’s Temptation” and “Christmas Hors d’oeuvres 3-Tier Box.”

Enjoy a fun evening with some Christmas cake.

　

・Roast Chicken & Potato Gratin ~Jansson’s Temptation~

　

Chicken is marinated in herb seasoning and slowly roasted in the oven to bring out its aroma.

The accompanying sauce is our signature Japanese-style red wine sauce, combining the sweet and salty flavors of soy sauce and onion with the acidity of red wine and the umami of beef stock.

Potato gratin, commonly known as “Jansson’s Temptation”

This traditional dish, mainly eaten at Christmas in Sweden, is a very simple combination of potatoes, onions, anchovies, and cream.
