◆ こだわりの「美味鶏」とディアブル風の絶妙なハーモニー
静岡県産のブランド鶏「美味鶏」は、その名の通り旨味が凝縮された上質な肉質が特徴です。外は香ばしく、中はジューシーに焼き上げた「美味鶏のディアブル風」は、マスタードとハーブの風味豊かな衣が食欲をそそります。一口食べれば、鶏肉本来の旨味とスパイスのアクセントが口いっぱいに広がり、至福の味わいをお楽しみいただけます。
◆ 秋の恵みを閉じ込めた「ラタトゥイユ」と香ばしいロースト
彩り豊かな秋野菜をじっくり煮込んだ「秋の味覚のラタトゥイユ」は、秋の味覚のカボチャ・ナス・栗等をトマトでラタトゥイユにし、モッツアレラチーズを加えて仕上げました。さらに、香ばしくローストしたキノコとホクホクのじゃが芋が、豊かな秋の香りを添えます。一皿で季節の移ろいを感じられる、心温まる逸品です。

At the “CHADOKORO” restaurant on the 1st floor of Kakagawa Grand Hotel, we will be offering a special dish in October 2025, featuring an abundance of seasonal ingredients: “Diable-style Chicken with Autumn Vegetables Ratatouille, Roasted Mushrooms and Potatoes, and Prosciutto (Jamon Serrano).”
This dish will be available starting from October 2, 2025 (Thursday). *Available until October 31, 2025 (Friday)

◆ The exquisite harmony of premium “Miwai-tori” chicken and the diable-style seasoning
“Miwai-tori” chicken, a premium brand of chicken from Shizuoka Prefecture, is known for its rich, concentrated flavor. The “Diable-style Chicken” features this premium chicken, grilled to a crispy exterior and juicy interior, with a flavorful coating of mustard and herbs that tantalizes the appetite. With every bite, the natural umami of the chicken and the subtle spice accents will fill your mouth with a truly delightful flavor.
