普段はなかなか手が出せない贅沢を、今日は時間の限り満喫できます。

濃厚な風味の蟹を心ゆくまで。そして、プリップリの食感がたまらない特大の海老料理を、和洋中バラエティ豊かにご用意しました。

　

〈蟹料理〉

ズワイ蟹の繊細で濃厚な旨みを、あえてシンプルで芳ばしい長ネギが引き立てるズワイ蟹と長ネギのキッシュや、渡り蟹のパスタは旬の渡り蟹を使用！季節限定の味わいです。、口の中でふわっと広がる！カニの身たっぷり「贅沢蟹焼売」。

〈海老料理〉

熱々！とろーり濃厚ソースに、ぷりぷり海老が踊る心も温まる極上の海老グラタン。厳選した大ぶりの海老を、軽やかでサクサクの衣で包み、香ばしく揚げ、シェフが試行錯誤を重ねた特製マヨネーズソースを絡めた海老マヨなど。

〈静岡おでん〉

奥深い旨みが染みわたる「静岡おでん」。まず目を引くのは、真っ黒なスープ。見た目とは裏腹に、驚くほどあっさりとしており、具材の旨味が凝縮されたまろやかな味わいです。

具材はすべて串に刺してあるのが特徴。静岡名物の「黒はんぺん」をはじめ、練り製品や牛すじなど、バラエティ豊かです。

そして仕上げは、「だし粉」と「青のり」！風味豊かな削り節の粉と青のりをたっぷりとかけて、初めて完成する「静岡おでん」の真髄を、心ゆくまでお楽しみください。
